Payment method information is processed through Stripe as part of the Kajabi checkout and payment process. Stripe describes transaction data as including payment method and transaction information and processes that data to provide payment services.

Where clearly stated when you provide your details, you may also receive relevant follow-up emails from Koshima.

These emails are sent through Kajabi.

Kajabi supports connected Stripe accounts for accepting payments through Kajabi checkout.

Koshima may receive transaction information such as your name, email address, the product purchased, amount paid, payment status and limited payment-method information.

  • Kajabi: Kajabi is used to host the Koshima website, manage website forms, store leads, send emails, provide online content and manage purchases where applicable.
  • Stripe: Stripe is used to process online payments made through Kajabi.
  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook: Microsoft 365 and Outlook are used for business communications and to manage information relating to customers and business relationships.
  • WhatsApp: The Koshima website includes a WhatsApp option that allows visitors to contact Koshima directly. If you choose to use WhatsApp, information you provide through that service is also processed by WhatsApp according to its own privacy terms.
