AI Tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini

This interactive AI Lab focuses on how AI is used in print businesses today, particularly across business operations. The focus is on real use and on improving what teams are already doing rather than starting from scratch.

Attendees will follow:

• How AI is currently being used in print workflows
• Three simple, follow-along exercises that level up current AI use
• Practical ways to make AI outputs more consistent and useful

This session is designed to provide clarity. Where AI fits in a print business today, where it doesn’t need to be the focus, and how to improve current use in a practical way. Attendees will also receive an eBook showing how to set up OpenAI ChatGPT properly for better results at work.

AI Lab 2. ChatGPT & Google NotebookLM as Design Co-workers

January 14 | 4.30–6.00pm

AI Tools: Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM, Google Nano Banana

This hands-on AI Lab takes attendees through a design workflow using AI as a co-worker.

Participants will work through:

• Breaking down a customer brief into clear requirements
• Using Google NotebookLM to organise and reason through customer requirements
• Turning requirements into early-stage design concepts, supported by AI-generated imagery

The goal is to help design teams move faster, think more clearly and spend less time stuck at the starting point of understanding customer briefs and design concept ideation work.
