AI LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS
Help your leadership team decide where to start with AI
One leader may want to improve staff productivity. Another may be concerned about how people use company information. A third may already have a project in mind. Koshima brings those questions into one discussion using examples from your organisation.
The workshop is for executives and department heads who need to agree what to explore and who should be involved.

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
Start with the decisions you need to make
We speak with the sponsor about what prompted the session, who will attend and which decisions leaders need to make. We use that discussion to choose examples from the teams or processes you want to focus on.
We may ask team members a few questions in advance about the work they want to improve and any concerns they want to discuss.
IN THE WORKSHOP
What leaders work through together
See AI applied to familiar work
Walk through examples such as preparing a management briefing or reviewing customer feedback. Discuss where AI could help and what people still need to check.
Bring examples from your teams
Identify tasks or processes that take up staff time, create delays or lead to repeated errors. Describe the problem so others can assess it.
Compare the options
Use Koshima’s TIME framework to discuss which ideas could make the biggest difference, what they might require and what evidence is missing.
Agree what to do next
Choose which idea or question to take forward, who should be involved and what needs to happen before the next decision.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
What a decision could look like
Leaders agree that staff spend too much time preparing reports, but each department does it differently.
THE QUESTION
Would a trial help us make a better decision?
THE EVIDENCE TO GATHER
Ask two departments to show how they prepare the same type of report, measure the time involved and identify what staff must check.
THE NEXT DECISION
Decide whether a small trial is worth running and agree how to judge the result.
What you leave with
- A short list of the opportunities you discussed.
- The questions that still need answers.
- An agreed next step and who should take it forward.
Depending on the discussion, that could be a closer look at one department, a small trial or a programme to help staff use tools they already have.
