This cohort is for professionals who want to understand Copilot Chat and Copilot inside Word, PowerPoint and Excel and learn how to use them for everyday tasks. Over four weeks you will learn how to plug Copilot into your documents, emails and information sources so you can work faster with less manual effort.

Before The Cohort Starts

  • Pre-cohort questionnaire about your tasks
  • We shape exercises using your examples

During the cohort

  • Four live online sessions
  • Maximum twelve participants
  • Copilot Chat & app hands-on exercises
  • Hands-on practice with your tasks

After the cohort

  • You leave with repeatable Copilot prompts
  • Save time across documents, emails & tasks
  • Move into intermediate or role-specific cohorts

What You Will Learn and Do

Across four weeks you will learn how to:

  • Use Copilot Chat with your files & emails
  • Draft reports from multiple documents and information sources
  • Work with Copilot inside Office 365 apps
  • Understand grounding data and what Copilot can and cannot access


You will actually do things like:

  • Apply Copilot to your own documents, emails and files
  • Create repeatable workflows for drafting and summarising
  • Build at least one reusable assistant or structured workflow
  • Leave with ready to use outputs you can apply at work

Tools and Requirements

  • Active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence
  • Access to Office365
  • Laptop with a stable internet connection
  • If your organisation has just assigned your licence, make sure it has been active for at least 72 hours before the first session.
