Live 4 Week Upskilling Cohort

This cohort is for HR professionals who want to stop “experimenting” with AI and start using Copilot to complete their real work. Over four weeks you will learn how to plug Copilot into your HR workflows so you can work faster, with more clarity and less effort.

We keep it simple. Short sessions. Real examples. Exercises built around your HR tasks.


This cohort is a good fit if you:

  • Use Copilot or plan to use it regularly in your HR role
  • Want to turn AI into a working assistant rather than a novelty
  • Prefer learning from real HR tasks instead of generic demos
  • Are happy to use your own HR examples during the sessions

You do not need to be technical. You just need familiarity with HR work, your tools and your tasks.

Before The Cohort Starts

  • You complete a questionnaire about your HR tasks
  • We review & use your answers to shape exercises

During the cohort

  • Four 2hr live online sessions. 1 per week
  • Maximum 12 participants for each cohort
  • Mix of explanation, demos & hands-on exercises
  • Between-session actions to use what you learned

After the cohort

  • You get prompts, workflows and assistants
  • You use these to save time in your HR work
  • Option to join advanced or other cohorts


What You Will Learn and Do

Across four weeks you will learn how to:

  • Create job descriptions from documents and meeting notes
  • Analyse CVs and shortlist candidates
  • Review performance reviews & summarise points
  • Draft and refine HR policies with better clarity


You will actually do things like:

  • Apply Copilot to your own HR documents & emails
  • Turn HR tasks into simple repeatable workflows
  • Build at least one reusable HR assistant or process
  • Leave with ready to use outputs for your HR role


AED 1,390 / GBP 290 per participant

This includes:

  • Four live two hour cohort sessions
  • Pre-cohort task review
  • Cohort resources and example workflows
  • Post-cohort reference material you can reuse at work

How Registration Works

  1. Complete registration form
  2. We confirm your seat and share payment options
  3. We send your pre-cohort questionnaire
  4. Five days before the first session you receive the joining link & guidance

Tools and Requirements

  • To get full value from this cohort you will need:
    • An active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence assigned to your account
    • Access to Outlook, Teams, Word and your normal OneDrive or SharePoint files
    • A laptop with a stable internet connection
  • If your organisation has just assigned your licence, make sure it has been active for at least 72 hours
