Live 4 Week Upskilling Cohort

This cohort is for Executive Assistants who want to move beyond basic Copilot prompts and start using AI to manage communication, planning and executive support. Over four weeks you will learn how to plug Copilot into your daily workflows so you can support your executive with more speed, clarity and consistency.

We keep it simple. Short sessions. Real examples. Exercises built around your EA tasks.


This cohort is a good fit if you:

  • Use Copilot or plan to use it in your EA role
  • Want to save time on email triage, scheduling and follow-ups
  • Prefer learning from real EA tasks instead of generic demos
  • Are ready to bring real examples into the sessions

You do not need to be technical. You simply need familiarity with your role.

Before The Cohort Starts

  • Complete a questionnaire about your EA tasks 
  • We review & use your answers to shape exercises

During the cohort

  • Four live online sessions. Two hours each
  • Maximum twelve participants
  • Explanation, guided demos & hands-on exercises
  • Between-session actions keep you progressing without overload

After the cohort

  • You leave with repeatable prompts and workflows
  • You can keep using your new EA assistants to save time daily
  • Option to join advanced or department-specific cohorts


What You Will Learn and Do

Across four weeks you will learn how to:

  • Prioritise emails based on urgency & importance
  • Automate meeting briefs & preparation
  • Draft communication in your exe’s writing style
  • Create briefings and consolidated summaries from multiple documents


You will actually do things like:

  • Apply Copilot to your own emails, documents and calendar tasks
  • Turn repetitive EA steps into automated tasks
  • Build an EA assistant or scheduling process
  • Leave with ready to use outputs aligned to your executive’s needs


AED 1,390 / GBP 290 per participant

Tools and Requirements

  • Access to Office 365 
  • Licence activated for at least 72 hours
  • Laptop with stable internet
