Every Koshima AI training programme includes a minimum 20% time efficiency assurance.
Before training, we identify the tasks that take the most time in each role. During training, those same tasks are rebuilt as practical, AI-supported workflows using tools already available in the organisation.
The focus is on reducing manual effort without reducing quality. How the assurance works:
