Executive AI Coaching

Enquire About Executive Coaching

You are being asked to make decisions about AI with real accountability, evolving expectations and incomplete information.

The pressure is not theoretical. It affects what you approve, what you challenge, how you guide teams and how risk is managed across the organisation. Executive AI Coaching exists to support clear thinking and sound judgement in that reality. It provides space to think through AI-related decisions calmly, privately and without noise.

What This Work Is

This is not training, group learning or advisory in the traditional sense. Sessions adapt to what you are dealing with in the moment. For some leaders, the focus is building personal capability with AI. For others, it is pressure-testing direction, sense-checking risk or navigating expectations being placed on teams.

The work adjusts to the reality in front of you, always grounded in practical judgement and business context.

How We Begin

We start with a focused conversation.

This first discussion is used to understand your context, responsibilities and the decisions in front of you. Some leaders arrive with a defined AI-related challenge. Others are navigating broader questions around direction, risk or confidence. This conversation allows us to establish whether this format is the right fit and ensures that, if we proceed, sessions begin at the right level from the outset.

Structure and Containment

Engagements are delivered in defined blocks of sessions. Sessions typically run weekly, with space between them to apply thinking to live decisions and reflect on what holds in practice. Each session builds on the previous, grounded in what is actually happening in your work. Working in defined blocks keeps the engagement deliberate, focused and contained.

How Progress Is Made

Between sessions, you apply what has been discussed to your situations. Each session is used to review what changed, what held and where judgement needs adjustment. The work evolves based on real outcomes rather than theory. At the end of each block, you decide whether to continue, pause or shift focus.

Who You Work With

All executive engagements are delivered personally by Carlo Pepe, founder of Koshima.

This work requires lived experience, commercial understanding and the ability to hold complex conversations without oversimplifying. Carlo works directly with leaders who are navigating how AI affects their role, their organisation and the decisions they are accountable for.

Availability is deliberately limited to ensure each engagement receives the depth and focus it requires.

What Our Coaching Helps With

Sound Judgement

Clear thinking where AI introduces uncertainty, pressure or risk.

Executive Focus

Space to concentrate on live decisions rather than abstract discussion.

Durable Decisions

Decisions that hold as context shifts, tools evolve and expectations change.

Who This Is For

This work is suited for leaders and senior professionals who:

• Carry decision-making responsibility
• Are navigating uncertainty around AI, risk or direction
• Value discretion, depth and focused discussion
• Want space to think clearly rather than consume more information

If you are looking for foundational learning, tool walkthroughs or group-based training, other Koshima offerings will be a better starting point.

Taking the next step

If Executive AI Coaching feels appropriate for where you are right now, the next step is a short conversation. This allows us to understand your context and determine whether this format is the right fit. If it is, we will outline how an initial block of sessions could be structured.

If not, we will recommend a more suitable starting point.
